देहरादून: सरकारी नौकरी की चाह रखने वाले बेरोजगार युवा लम्बे समय से तैयारी कर रहे हैं। ऐसे में कोरोनाकल में कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के स्थगित होने से इन युवाओं में निराशा छाई है। वहीं उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग (UKSSSC) के लिए भी परीक्षाएं कराना बड़ी चुनौती बना हुआ है। ऐसे में चयन आयोग ने नए कवायद शुरू कर दी है। आयोग ने ऑनलाइन भर्ती परीक्षाओं में परीक्षा का समय और सवालों की संख्या घटाने की कवायद तेज कर दी है। जल्द ही आयोग इस पर फैसला लेने जा रहा है।
समय घटाकर 1:30 घण्टा और प्रश्न 80 करने पर विचार
आयोग के सचिव संतोष बडोनी ने बताया कि, परीक्षा का समय दो घंटे से घटाकर डेढ़ घंटे करने और सवालों की संख्या 100 से घटाकर 80 करने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। इस दिशा में जल्द ही फैसला होने जा रहा है। ऐसा करने पर एक दिन में परीक्षाओं की तीन पालियां आसानी से हो पाएंगी और भर्तियों में तेजी आएगी।
कोरोना की पहली लहर में हुई ऑनलाइन परीक्षाएं
इससे पहले कोरोना की पहली लहर के दौरान चयन आयोग ने पहली बार कई भर्ती परीक्षाओं का आयोजन ऑनलाइन किया था। ये परीक्षाएं टैबलेट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन सफलतापूर्वक कराई गई थीं। इसी ऑनलाइन परीक्षा पैटर्न को अब कोरोना की दूसरी लहर में भी आगे बढ़ाते हुए आयोग परीक्षाओं का समय और सवाल घटाने पर काम कर रहा है।
कोरोनाकाल में 800 से ज्यादा पदों पर भर्तियां अटकी
कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के प्रकोप के चलते अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग (UKSSSC) द्वारा होने वाली करीब 800 पदों पर भर्तियां अटक गई हैं। चूंकी आवेदन के लिए उम्मीदवारों को अपने घरों से दूर भी जाना पड़ता है, लेकिन कोरोनाकल के विभिन्न नियमों के और संक्रमण दर बढ़ने से इसमे युवाओं को खासी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता, लिहाजा उनकी सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर फिलहाल आयोग ने भर्तियों के विज्ञापन पर रोक लगाई।
बता दें कि, चयन आयोग को पटवारी के 407 पदों, प्रयोगशाला सहायक के 200 पदों और बंदीरक्षक के 180 पदों पर भर्तियों का विज्ञापन जारी करना है। कोरोना की दूसरी लहर की वजह से ये प्रक्रिया अटक गई है।
कोरोना की वजह से ये भर्ती परीक्षाएं हुई स्थगित
- 25 अप्रैल को होने वाली एलटी भर्ती,
- जून में होने वाली वन दरोगा भर्ती,
- जून में होने वाली कनिष्ठ सहायक भर्ती,
- मई-जून में होने वाली ग्राम विकास अधिकारी आदि पदों की भर्ती
- जुलाई में होने वाली सहायक लेखाकार भर्ती
- जुलाई में सचिवालय सुरक्षा संवर्ग की भर्ती।
डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन प्रक्रिया नहीं होने से सैकड़ों युवा नौकरी से एक कदम दूर
कोरोना महामारी के कारण जहां कुछ परीक्षाओं की प्रक्रिया शुरू भी नहीं हो पाई तो वहीं कुछ परीक्षाएं अधर में लटकी हुई हैं। इनमे आयोग की तीन भर्ती परीक्षाओं को पास करने के बाद सैंकड़ों युवा नौकरी से चंद कदम दूर हैं। कोरोना की वजह से जल निगम में जेई, पशुधन प्रसार अधिकारी और सहायक कृषि अधिकारी पदों पर भर्ती के लिए प्रमाण पत्रों का वेरिफिकेशन नहीं हो पाया है। वहीं, बिजली विभाग की जेई भर्ती परीक्षा का परिणाम भी जारी हो गया है, लेकिन वेरिफिकेशन की तिथि तय नहीं हो पाई है।
