देहरादून: प्रदेश के आबकारी मंत्री यशपाल आर्य द्वारा आबकारी विभाग से सम्बन्धित विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ विधान सभा कक्ष में बैठक की समीक्षा की गयी। बैठक में अवैध शराब की रोकथाम के लिए प्रवर्तन दल और छापेमारी में वृद्धि करने का निर्देश दिया गया। बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में 2051 करोड रूपये के सापेक्ष 2267 करोड रूपये का लक्ष्य प्राप्त कर लिया गया है, जो 114 प्रतिशत अधिक है। वर्तमान वर्ष में भी अभी तक 2207 करोड का लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया जा चुका है। वसूली कार्य को गम्भीरता से लेने का निर्देश दिया गया।
आबकारी विभाग ढाॅचे में कुल 626 पद के सापेक्ष 245 पद रिक्त चल रहे है। इस सम्बन्ध में सामान्य और बैकलाग के पद भरने के निर्देश दिये गये। आबकारी निरीक्षक के लिए 10 पद आयोग को अधियाचन के लिए भेजे गये है।
विभाग के पुर्नगठन पर भी चर्चा की गई, जिससे प्रवर्तन कार्य में वृद्धि की जा सके। प्रवर्तन कार्य और वसूली कार्य में विशेष फोकस रखने के निर्देश दिया गया। बैठक में पिछले चार वर्षो में 93 करोड की वसूली नही हो पाने को गम्भीर माना गया है। शराब की दुकानों से करोड़ों के अधिभार की वसूली न हो पाने से अब तक विभाग को 93 करोड़ के राजस्व की चपत लगने से आबकारी मंत्री यशपाल आर्य ने गहरी नाराजगी जाहिर की और सचिव आबकारी को जांच के आदेश दिए। इस सम्बन्ध में निर्देश दिया गया कि लापरवाही बरतने वाले जनपद स्तर के अधिकारी पर कार्यवाही की जाय।
बाजपुर डिसलरी का कोटा बढाने के निर्देश दिये गये तथा कहा गया कि विदेशी मदिरा का कोटा बढाने से बाजपुर डिसलरी को आर्थिक संकट से बाहर निकलने में मदद मिलेगी।
इस अवसर पर बैठक में सचिव आबकारी सचिन कुर्वे, अपर आयुक्त प्रशासन उदय सिंह राणा, अपर आयुक्त मुख्यालय ए0 आर0 सेमवाल, सयुक्त आयुक्त बी0 एस0 चैहान, रमेश सिंह एवं टी0के0 पन्त आदि सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
