देहरादून: हाईकोर्ट की रोक के बावजूद उत्तराखंड सरकार ने चारधाम यात्रा 01 जुलाई से शुरू करने का फैसला लिया है। जबकि दूसरे चरण की यात्रा 11 जुलाई से होगी।
पहले चरण में बदरीनाथ की यात्रा चमोली जिले के लोगों के लिए, केदारनाथ की रुद्रप्रयाग जिले के लोगों के लिए, गंगोत्री व यमुनोत्री की यात्रा उत्तरकाशी जिले के लोगों के लिए सशर्त खोली जाएगी। यात्रियों के लिए कोविड जांच रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य होगी। इसके लिए पर्यटन व धर्मस्व विभाग अलग से एसओपी जारी करेगा।
वहीं चारधाम यात्रा के लिए इस बार पर्यटन विभाग और परिवहन विभाग में अलग-अलग पंजीकरण नहीं कराना पड़ेगा। सरकार ने इसकी पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन कर दी है, जिसके बाद एक ही वेबसाइट से पूरी प्रक्रिया हो जाएगी। जल्द ही इसकी लांचिंग होने जा रही है।
बता दें कि, अभी तक एक ओर जहां परिवहन विभाग कॉमर्शियल वाहनों को ग्रीन कार्ड जारी करता था, वहीं पर्यटन विभाग में भी अलग से पंजीकरण कराना पड़ता था। अब तीर्थयात्रियों को परिवहन या पर्यटन में से किसी एक की वेबसाइट पर पंजीकरण की पूरी सुविधा मिलेगी। उन्हें अलग-अलग पंजीकरण नहीं कराना पड़ेगा।
इसके अलावा सरकार इस बार चारधाम यात्रा पर निजी वाहनों से जाने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए भी ट्रिप कार्ड की सुविधा शुरू करने जा रही है। इससे यह पता चल सकेगा कि कॉमर्शियल वाहनों जैसे टैक्सी, बस के अलावा निजी वाहनों से कितने लोगों ने चारधाम यात्रा की है।
वहीं चारधाम यात्रा के मामले में उच्च न्यायालय के फैसले के खिलाफ प्रदेश सरकार सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटा सकती है। प्रदेश सरकार के शासकीय प्रवक्ता सुबोध उनियाल ने कहा कि कोर्ट के फैसले की प्रति प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। लिखित जजमेंट की प्रति प्राप्त होने के बाद सरकार उसका परीक्षण करेगी और आवश्यकता होगी तो सर्वोच्च न्यायालय जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा के संबंध में प्रदेश सरकार ने पूरी तरह परीक्षण करने और सारी व्यवस्था देखने के बाद निर्णय लिया था। इसके तहत चारों धामों में 750 यात्री दर्शन कर सकते थे, यह संख्या सीमित की थी। एक-एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी को हर धाम में देवस्थानम बोर्ड व जिला प्रशासन के साथ समन्वय बनाकर यात्रा की मॉनिटरिंग कराने का फैसला किया गया था। ऐसी परिस्थिति में उच्च न्यायालय ने जो स्टे किया है, उसकी प्रति मिलने और उसका परीक्षण करने के बाद सरकार आगे का निर्णय लेगी।
