देहरादून: विधानसभा में नौकरी दिलाने के नाम पर लाखों रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने वाले शातिर अभियुक्त को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। इस शातिर व्यक्ति ने बेरोजगार युवाओं से विधानसभा उत्तराखंड में नौकरी लगाने के नाम पर लाखों रूपये लेकर धोखाधड़ी की।
मामले के अनुसार, 02 दिसम्बर 2019 को विनोद कुमार ढौंडियाल पुत्र शोभाराम ढौंडियाल, निवासी ग्राम नारायण बगड़, जिला चमोली ने एक लिखित तहरीर दी कि, मंसाराम उनियाल पुत्र जगदीश प्रसाद उनियाल निवासी भैंसवॉड़र्सैन मालदेवता थाना राजपुर द्वारा विधानसभा उत्तराखंड में नौकरी लगाने के एवज में डेढ़ लाख रुपए लेकर धोखाधड़ी की गई।
तहरीर के आधार पर थाना हाजा पर मुकदमा अपराध संख्या 370/19 धारा 420/406 आईपीसी दर्ज हुआ। विवेचना के दौरान कई अन्य लोगों ने भी मंसाराम उनियाल के विरुद्ध प्रार्थना पत्र देकर बताया कि, विधान सभा उत्तराखंड में नौकरी लगाने के नाम पर उनसे भी ठगी हुई, जिन्हें विवेचना में सम्मिलित किया गया।
इस प्रकार मंसाराम उनियाल द्वारा कई लोगों से करीब 8 से 10 लाख रूपए विधान सभा उत्तराखंड में नौकरी के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी से लिए गए। विवेचना के दौरान अभियुक्त को कई बार नोटिस प्रेषित किया लेकिन, अभियुक्त हाजिर नही हुआ। अभियुक्त के घर पर दबिश दी गयी, लेकिन अभियुक्त घर से लगातार फरार चल रहा था। इस पर पुलिस ने अभियुक्त का NBW न्यायालय से प्राप्त किया। पुलिस टीम लगातार अभियुक्त को तलाश कर रही थी कि, कल 07 अगस्त को मुखबिर की सूचना पर मंसाराम उनियाल को वसंत विहार क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिसे माननीय न्यायालय पेश किया जा रहा है।
